Renting at SIXT in Nimes was a wonderful experience. We picked up the car on Sunday - very nice new car. They gave us a little flyer on how to get the car from the parking garage, and how to return it. Make sure you put the right address into the GPS 😊 We made a mistake and went to the wrong address - it was my “fat fingering” - my error. The staff was nice and pleasant. Highly recommend - will rent from here again. My only recommendation for improvement (nothing is perfect) - is when you return the car to the parking garage, you need to collect a ticket at the entry point. The instructions are not clear what to do with it when returning after hours. We left it in the car and it was fine, but being a little more clear on that would eliminate some confusion. Other than that it’s a good place.

Nice guy who we dealt with. The car was brand new and worked well. Only issue is that I rented it for a month and later added three extra days which needed a whole new contract. When I arrived at the office to renew I was surprised to find the new daily rental price was double the original daily price and was extremely high, but I had to accept based on circumstances. The employee said he would check with his boss the next day about discounting, promising to contact me, but I did not hear from him again.

Renting our car from Sixt was one of the best decisions we have made. The employees at the Nimes station were truly helpful and our experience was one of the best we have ever had anywhere. Their app makes everything easy. And you will enjoy driving on the beautiful roadways in France.

I believe I choose well SIXT for a car rental company and strongly recommend it. The location at Nimes is quite easy to find (just across and facing the Railway station), the assistant quite helpful and the rented vehicle a brand new one (lucky us). As a word of advise though when renting, be careful at extra charges. If you like to book in advance and pay for the rent before the service is actually delivered, make sure that charges that you choose to wave (such as auto insurance etc.) are not applied accidentally at pickup time. It happened to us, but the company was kind enough to sort that out after. Cheers for them.

Super professional. The agent called me when she noticed that our train was late and the office would be closed by the time we got there. She had our keys & contract waiting for us at a hotel across the station. It was smooth and we were off in our rental car in no time.

Arranged to hire an electric car for the first time and the first time car rental from Sixt. The office is easy to find and the staff a delight to deal with and very helpful. Car was upgraded and parked in a multi story car park a short walk from the office and vno problem finding it with the directions given. Car was in a great condition and exceptionally clean. Returning the car at 7am on a Saturday was not an issue. Basically return it to the same garage and deposit the keys in a safe box at the office. Fully detailed invoice received on the following Monday. This has been one of the easiest car rentals in France for me and would not hesitate to use Sixt again.

I really enjoyed renting with SixT for 61 days. Everything was easy and SixT treated me with the utmost respect and were always responsive to my email queries. Their counter staff and vehicle returns staff were great. I have rented with SixT 4 times in 2023 and would definitely do so again, and highly recommend.
