My car is from Alamo, i was promised replacement after tire puncture. I am stuck in the mountains since 3 days, always on the phone. No help is coming. I was promised replacement with your branch and was asked to stay on a same spot, was waiting 5 hours in the heat, no one came. Not they said they booked a car, but then suddenly they got my number wrong. They promise to call and never call you and simply refuse to help if you dont speak french. I spoke with maybe 30 people already, no outcome. I am in a nightmare.

My car was towed because it stopped working, and the assistance agency booked a replacement car here. Since I was far away, i took an uber to get here nad by the time I got there they told me they were closed even though they had a car available (apparently the boss did not allow them to rent it out - i understood their phone conversation). Terrible custmer service.

Great, friendly staff and a quality hire car for 7 offered at a competitive rate. Worth noting they only had a 5+2 car (Peugeot 5008) for 7 of us, so it was a bit of a squeeze.

We had a little problem because we booked it via broker. But the staff handled it very well for us. I would recommend to do it there directly without broker.

Do not rent here unless you are prepared for rude staff, hidden fees, and spurious repair claims. We started a rental at Enterprise Echirolles. Unfortunately we were transferred to Grenoble Gare. Grenoble Gare, especially the manager, treated us with great disrespect and constant extra fees: 1. They started adding a Premium Location fee, even though we had originally rented from Echirolles. 2. The Echirolles location always gave us a courtesy call and let us extend the reservation over the phone at a favorable rate. With Grenoble Gare, they gave us no courtesy call and slapped us with a 139-euro fee for a one-day overage. 3. With each extension by phone, the Grenoble Gare manager offered us a terrible rate and told us we should book via a third-party site if we wanted better. He did not answer my questions and repeatedly talked over me and did not listen. 4. The Grenoble Gare manager required us to bring the car in for an extension. We notified him of a small damage to the front bumper. He told us we also needed to fix a tiny scratch on the left side and a tiny indentation on the right side. He threatened us with 1500-euro deposit for every damage unless we repaired the damages ourselves. 5. We paid 830 euros to repair the damages ourselves. The side damages were so small that the auto body shop said "seriously?" and couldn't believe we were asking for these repairs. 6. The Grenoble Gare manager asked me to sign a contract that had the wrong price. He said the wrong price was just an error on the screen, so I trusted him, but via email got a contract with the wrong price. I called and they said they'd send me a new contract. The next day, they hadn't sent me a new contract, so I called them again and they said they wouldn't send a new contract. 6. When we returned the car, we explained our negative experiences, and the agent responded: "That is your fault." He told me not to contact Enterprise but to write to him directly. The lack of professionalism and exorbitant additional fees made us switch to Europcar after being Enterprise customers for 15 years. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

They simply cancelled and rented out the van I had booked for 6 days! Complete nightmare, trying to find another van, which I managed to do. To be avoided at all costs!

Our experience was the same as previous reviewers - unhelpful staff, hidden fees and claims of damage, and overall old-school racketeering approach to renting cars.
